2. Description of Service

JoinTheQueue is a SaaS platform that provides queue management solutions. The Service is provided on a subscription basis and may be updated from time to time.

3. Payments & billing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

4. Service Usage

• You must maintain the security of your account credentials
• You may not use the Service for any illegal purposes
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
